Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable international shipping with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Our goal is to ensure that every order is processed efficiently and delivered safely, regardless of destination.

Shipping Rates

Orders with a total valued below $100 are charged based on country and weight, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Orders with a total value of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order value.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch the order and does not include transit time.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.

Within Scandinavia, orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days. 
Within Europe 🇪🇺, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. 
Deliveries to the United States, Asia, and other international destinations generally arrive within 3-7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary due to location, customs clearance, or local courier conditions.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted international carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery. Carrier selection is based on destination and service availability.


Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Please make sure you are aware of any customs or import fees that may arise when shipping packages into your country. We are unable to advise on these charges, as customs regulations, thresholds, fees, and procedures differ from country to country.

We do not accept liability for any international parcels that do not pass the customs clearance process in the destination country or that incur customs charges. Customs authorities operate independently and clearance processes can vary in speed, strictness, fees, and documentation requirements. These factors are entirely outside of our control and are a risk assumed by the customer when placing an order from overseas.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by local authorities. If a customer refuses to pay the required charges and the parcel is returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund due to the perishable nature of food and drink products and the extended transit time associated with refused international shipments.


If a returned parcel reaches us within a short period of time and the products are confirmed to be undamaged and unspoiled, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund. In such cases, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a minimum 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted. For this reason, we are also unable to accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.


Regional Customs Information

  • Within the European Union 🇪🇺: No import duties or import taxes apply.
  • Norway 🇳🇴: No import duties or taxes apply to orders with a total value below 3000 NOK
  • Rest of the World:

For all other countries, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply as described above.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time until it reaches its destination.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Once the order has left our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or to contact the courier in advance to arrange an alternative delivery date or address if necessary.


If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and no alternative instructions have been provided, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave the package at the customer’s risk. Couriers may not be able to hold packages beyond the first delivery attempt, especially for time-sensitive goods. Couriers cannot always contact recipients directly upon delivery, so customers are encouraged to leave delivery instructions when possible.


Food and Temperature Disclaimer

We carefully pack all candy to preserve freshness during shipping, and in the vast majority of cases products arrive fresh and well-preserved. However, we cannot accept responsibility for reasonable changes in food products during transit, including changes in shape, texture, or appearance caused by temperature variations. This includes melting of sweets or chocolate during warm weather or in warmer climates. Environmental conditions during transit are beyond our control.


Shipping Fees and Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
